For light reading of crime and humor (???) I really love Evanovich. She can WRITE. Even after so many installments I love Stephanie Plum. I mean who wouldn't - having lived some Jersey girls in the past, this series resonates with authenticity....Don't look down your nose on these books because they really fill the light reading bill. I binged read 8 of these in a row on my last vacation!!!! HHAHhaa.....MORE STEPHANIE!!

All the Plum series is very good the other books by the sme author written with another person leave a lot to be desired. I am reading the books faster then they can be written so I have started over with One for the Money. Morelli comes across as very disrespectful, (a pig), always looking down Plum’s shirt no matter where they are. It gives Italians a bad image.
Books were marked as "very good" condition they were "Good" at best, and that's if I'm being nice. There was a lot of wear and tear on the books a lot of creasing on The Binding, definitely not a "very good" rating for the books
love this series. Stephanie and grandma mazur are a hoot.
Love this series! I love this writer. All of these books are easy reads and keep you interested in reading the next book in the series. Recommend if wanting something that keeps your interest with some mystery but also light hearted.
After I read the first issue of the Stephanie Plum series "One For The Money," I just had to read the next one, then the next one, then the next one..... I ended up and bought every book on Stephanie Plum. Even though some of the books were better than the others, they all made me laugh and were quite entertaining. Love the author's sense of humor. Love the characters....thinking maybe Grandma Mazar was me favorite, tho Lula ran a close second. If you like to read fun books, these are the books to get. And I would suggest to buy them on because I found that they are the best deal in papoerbacks.
Following Stephanie Plum is just like following a TV show. The characters are the same, they're quirky and predictable. They get themselves into weird situations and have to figure a way out, end of episode. Same ol' same ol', stay tuned for the next adventure. This is a fairly inexpensive way to continue without going broke. The library copies are all checked out.
